Ride Was A Success !!

Our first organized, AMA sanctioned dual sport ride had a total of 54 riders. About 40% were from outside of San Diego County (District 37 riders), with 60% from the San Diego area. Judging by all the remarks from people, they enjoyed the ride. We plan on probably doing a similar desert ride like this every spring. See you on the next one !! I had a great time. I am one of the D37 riders. It was a long drive from my house up in Camarillo but I am glad I went. I have never ridden down in your area. There were some really awesome sights, I was bummed that I didn't bring my camera. Good Job!

I posted over on the www.district37ama.org but would like to reiterate how well run this ride was. Everyone working seemed like they were well prepared, there was a sweep crew, and a beverage after the ride back at camp. I'd looked at the trails in the area many times before and wanted to venture into the park from Ocotillo Wells. Thanks for the good fun and see you down there next time!
